The Leadership Challenge® Workshop will engage participants at all levels of the organization through experiential activities, workbook exercises, group problem-solving tasks, video cases, and facilitator led discussions.
The workshop is designed to inspire, engage, and help your leaders develop the skills needed to meet whatever leadership challenges lay ahead. The foundation of this is The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership®. Each module describes the practice and then the individual reviews their Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI) report. Participants are then asked to reflect on how they can apply that Practice to a current leadership challenge.
The leadership action-based development plan which they individually develop, based on The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership® and their LPI report, can be implemented immediately they return to the workplace.
