A former senior executive in the television industry, Graham has been a professional speaker, leadership facilitator and executive coach for 24 years.
He delivers programs and keynotes internationally and has presented to over 62,000 participants internationally. He has presented in 45 cities in 22 countries.
In 2014, Graham became the first Certified Master of The Leadership Challenge in the Middle East. He has delivered The Leadership Challenge in 15 countries on 4 continents.
Based in the Middle East, Graham has presented in the UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Sudan, Iran, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Palestine, USA, Russia, Czech Republic, and Malaysia.
Graham has significant experience presenting to participants in the GCC and has a unique perspective in leadership in the region. Because of this, Graham incorporates examples, stories and insights which are directly relevant to these audiences.
He is the author of a number of published articles on leadership and emotional intelligence.
Graham is also an experienced executive coach and his clients include GCC nationals in senior levels of government, senior expatriate executives in the private sector and mid-level executives.
Graham’s experience as a presenter and facilitator covers a broad range of industry sectors, from accountants to local government, from oil companies to insurance and logistics companies.
He is also President of the International Direct Selling Educational Institute.
In 2009, Graham was assessed as being in the top 1% of facilitators worldwide for delivering Learning Effectiveness (RAIT Learning Assessment).
